IDEATOR
Preeta has spent over thirty years working with regional, national and international brands. She has a good understanding of consumers and markets across urban and rural India. She has successfully created and grown creative businesses across diverse market opportunities.

She has held responsibilities of CEO Percept D'mark where she led specialist companies in the experiential marketing, festivals, weddings, talent management, professional sport (cricket & golf) and branded content (Bollywood) businesses. As Executive Director, Ogilvy Advertising, she led the Ogilvy businesses in Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Delhi and was India-Head for acquisitions and new initiatives. Preeta has had the satisfaction of leading much awarded businesses and brands during her career in advertising. As Founder Director, Tomorrow's Company, India, she started her journey in corporate governance consulting.

She conceived, raised funding and launched India’s first large multi-disciplinary arts festival, Serendipity Arts Festival in Goa, for the Munjal Foundation, in a record sixteen months. As Founder Festival Director she and the festival received great success and acclaim from the Indian and global art community.

Her interest is in studying consumer behaviour and insights that help brands engage effectively with relevant audiences using innovative ideas – a skill that enabled her to lead the growth of the Jaipur Literature Festival to become India’s leading festival brand in a country obsessed with cricket and cinema.
Preeta uses her experience and access to corporates and opinion leaders to work on issues as diverse as corporate governance and the arts.

She is the India lead for raising funding for a cause related marketing project for a billion severely disadvantaged children across the world, The Listen Campaign.
She believes she has much to learn and live!
SUNIL VARMA
IDEATOR
Sunil Varma has an MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin, USA; an LL.B degree from the Law Faculty, University of Delhi, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University; and a few Post-Graduate Diplomas and certificates…yes, he loves to study!
He has a rich experience of over 30 years in building a variety of brands in different sectors. Of these, 19 years were spent in Ogilvy & Mather, Delhi, where he had a dual responsibility of being a Sr. Vice President-Brand Team Leader, and heading the Delhi office of Meridian (a sister concern of Ogilvy). Additionally, he spearheaded New Business Development initiative of the Delhi office of Ogilvy.
He has a deep understanding of not just advertising but also other communication disciplines, for integrated/360º approach to brand building. He has expertise in developing and implementing short- & long-term strategies that have changed a brand’s stature in the competitive environment. He has been involved in the positioning, re-positioning and launch of various brands over the years.
He has a passion for the Development Sector. He was amongst a chosen few participants of The Sexuality and Rights Institute, 2006, in Pune – an intensive course organised by two well-known and respected NGOs – CREA and TARSHI.
He has worked on many award-winning campaigns for both, the development sector and corporate clients.
In his spare time, he is a Radio Jockey for and a Senior Newsreader with All India Radio, a sculptor and a stained-glass artist. He also loves to speak broken French.
